	工艺流程
	涂覆说明	1、喷涂方法：主要采用静电喷涂和热喷涂，也可采用流化床喷涂 2、除油、干燥：一般采用灼烧管道表面，以除去油污及水分等 3、抛丸或喷砂：表面处理质量应达到Sa2 1/2级，锚纹深度应在 40~ 100 um 范围内，处理后应清理干净并在8h内进行喷涂。 4、预热：采用中频感应加热方式，应用于单层FBE时，温度应控制在210~ 250℃；应用于3PE时，温度控制在180-200℃。(注意：钢管加热温度不得超过260℃。) 5、检漏：单层FBE，利用电火花检漏仪在涂膜温度低于100℃状态下，对每根管的全部涂层做漏点检测，电压为5V/um；检漏3PE时，电压为25KV。
